Security and Data Handling
Anonymity is the product, so we treat it as the first security requirement. This page explains how we protect it and what Enterprise accounts add.
Protecting contributors
- Names are never shown to employers or agencies.
- Work emails are used to verify and to contact you, not shown with contributions.
- Moderation removes identifying details from text before it appears.
- Employers and agencies see aggregated and moderated content only.
Account protection
Accounts use a confirmation code sent to your email. Pasted offers and proposals are used to run your check and are not published. You can ask us to delete your account and contributions through [email protected].
Enterprise controls
- Single sign on for your team.
- Roles and permissions for recruiters, hiring managers and admins.
- Service levels agreed in writing.
- Invoicing with the details your finance team needs. Ask for the terms at [email protected] or review the plans.
